I ordered from Johnny Urban i don’t think it was worth the price. The item looks fine at first glance, but it feels basic once you actually have it in your hands. Their site makes everything sound super polished and premium, but I’m always a bit wary of that kind of marketing, and in this case it didn’t really match what I received. For what I paid, I expected better quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.

i picked up a Johnny Urban backpack for work and the occasional short trip. it does look clean and stylish, but the space inside was a letdown. once i put in my laptop, charger, and a hoodie, it already felt packed.

the pockets are tighter than i expected too, so fitting smaller stuff in gets kind of annoying. it’s not a terrible backpack, but for everyday use i really needed something with more room. probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I really couldn’t get into the site, honestly. The designs felt bland and kind of awkward to me, and the colors/layout didn’t come across as modern at all. It had that cheap, thrown-together feel, which made browsing it less enjoyable. And it felt like every time I tried to figure out what they were going for, the goalposts kept moving, nothing really felt consistent or polished.

Then I actually wore it. The straps were stiff, kind of digging into my shoulders right away. And the way it sat on my back was just... off. I kept adjusting it, tightening, loosening, still weird.

Used it for one day and that was enough for me. Didn’t really want to put it on again after that. Maybe it fits someone else better, but for me, not a good buy...

The bag looks decent overall, but after maybe 2 or 3 weeks the zipper started sticking often. The metal clips also feel kind of cheap, like they might not hold up long-term. It’s okay for light use, but I expected a bit better

I’m not gonna lie, the shipping took way longer than I expected. The updates weren’t really no help either, so I was kind of just waiting around without knowing what was going on.

I actually do like how it looks, so I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but after a few months of regular use it started fraying. Maybe I expected too much, but I feel like it should’ve held up a bit better than that.

My package showed up completely crushed, like it had been tossed around without a second thought. I felt like I had to beg just to get anyone to take it seriously, which left me resentful. Not a great experience at all.

My order showed up way later than it was supposed to, and it really threw off my plans. The whole delivery experience was frustrating, so I’m hoping the company offers some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

I reached out to customer service twice, and both times it felt like my message just got brushed aside. I even explained the issue clearly the second time, down to the little details, and still didn’t get anything useful back. The replies were vague and didn’t actually solve anything, which was frustrating.

I like the bag overall, but the laptop pocket just feels too thin for my liking. There isn’t much padding, so when you slide your laptop in, you kind of worry it’s not protected enough.

It’s not the worst bag ever, but for the price, I expected it to last longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I thought this bag would handle a bit of rain, but it soaked through quickly. Definitely not something I’d trust in wet weather.

I am still waiting on my refund, and it has been taking way longer than I expected. I just wish the process was quicker or at least had better updates along the way

I picked up a Johnny Urban backpack because I really liked the clean look and the fact that it didn’t seem too bulky. From the outside, it looks nice, so I thought it would be a solid everyday bag.

But after using it for a bit, the inside organization is kind of frustrating. There just aren’t enough smaller pockets, so my charger, keys, pens, and random stuff all end up thrown together. The laptop section also feels a little loose to me, which doesn’t make me feel super confident carrying it around.

Maybe I expected too much for the price, but I feel like it should be more practical. It definitely looks good, but for daily use it gets annoying quickly. Anyone else feel the same way?

I tried to return my order it turned into such a hassle. I had to keep checking for replies, the instructions weren’t clear, and it felt like I was doing way too much just to send something back. On top of that, I still haven’t gotten my refund yet.

I ordered this bag because it looked like a light beige in the pictures, but the one I received was much darker and had a sort of greenish tint to it. It makes me wonder if the photos on the site were touched up or taken in very specific lighting, because it’s not really close to what I thought I was buying. Frustrating since the color was the main reason I chose it.
